The Heights at Killington is owned by Rickev LLC, a Vermont corporation. Principals Kevin DellaBianca and Richard Mute are both general contractors who have each been in the business for over 25 years, having developed over 250 condos, several residential subdivisions, and over 50 custom homes in central and northwestern CT. Both DellaBianca and Mute have been die-hard Killington skiers their whole lives, and they are very excited about this new development in Killington, their second home.
